I’m Pam Howard, and my goals are to help you be the mom you want to be, and have the relationship with your kids you want to have.
I’m a Master Certified Life Coach, the host of the Less Drama More Mama podcast, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a former School Counselor for kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade, and a mom to two amazing kids, ages 16 and 12.
My passion is helping moms feel calmer and more confident so they can enjoy parenthood and connect with their kids on the deepest level.

After years of working with families of troubled teens, and then having kids of my own, I started Less Drama More Mama to help parents learn how to stay connected to their kids and keep their parenting anchored in love and commitment, rather than getting sucked into endless drama.
There are thousands of people who call themselves parenting “experts.” Each one has a different approach, claiming that theirs is the best. I know how confusing that can be, and I remember as a new mother feeling so overwhelmed and worried that I’d make the wrong decisions.
I believe that at the end of the day, YOU are your family’s best parenting expert. With the proper tools and knowledge, you can make incredible, immediate, and long-lasting change in your family. I welcome the opportunity to help you do that. By practicing the skills I teach, you’ll experience deeper connection with your kids, more self-confidence, better self-care, and oodles of joy!
I love working with moms because there’s always a ripple effect that happens.
When Mama’s happy, everyone’s happy!
The work that I do is all about taking my clients from where they are to where they want to be. I do this by providing a 4-month coaching program that offers the following results:
- More patience and less yelling
- Tools to handle situations calmly and with confidence
- A plan for creating and achieving your ideal future

Is my program right for you?
The best way to find out if my program is a good fit for you is to request a FREE consultation to discuss what’s possible for you when it comes to your goals as a mom (and as a woman outside of being a mom).
