Your Kids Can’t Make You Angry – 002
Listen to the show:
When Marissa was a toddler, I started yelling a lot because it seemed to be the only that “worked.” It got me the short-term results I wanted, and it helped me feel powerful and in control.

In today's podcast, I share a little bit about my story and the insight that helped me regain my self-control and inner calm.
Here's What You'll Discover:
- What's really causing you to get angry
- What it means to be an emotional adult
- How to start taking control of yourself and your anger
- How to get more help from me
